Shums Auto Repair

I'm very happy with the work done on the transmission fluid in my Chevrolet traverse lt. It's working great and I'm sure it will continue to do so. Excellent service and friendly staff. I highly recommend them, even though, this was my first visit. They've already become my go-to mechanic-shop.

Shums is probably the only place I’ll take my car to, unless it’s something my fiance can fix for me or it’s an emergency and Shums is closed, I’m not taking my car anywhere else. Chris is great, always helps me out, and gives me his professional advice! Everyone there is super nice and helpful! Great place and great people! Any car related fix is gonna be pricey, id rather have a mechanic who knows what he’s doing and pay a little bit more, then to pay less and have someone do a horrible job!

Shums Auto Repair was such a great experience. The shop was clean, professional, and incredibly affordable. The $20 State Inspection was such a steal if you’re able to drop your car off for a couple of hours. As a woman, going to auto repair shops can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. The staff was professional, transparent, and never made me feel pressured or tried to up-charge me. I also loved that they send videos of your car so you can actually see what’s going on, and their online payment portal made everything super convenient. Honest, efficient, and trustworthy service — found my new go-to shop!

This location is 41 miles from my house and I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired within just one day. The team quickly identified the issue and got everything fixed without any hassle. I decided to come here based on a recommendation from my son, who also had a great experience and I can see why he spoke so highly of them. I'm very glad I took his advice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking fort fast, reliable, and trustworthy service.

Very nice shop! The front staff were polite, informative, and professionally dressed-something you don’t see often. They have a small waiting area that's clean and well-organized. It’s best to call ahead and make an appointment if you’d like your vehicle seen. I'll definitely be back again😊
